Journey Community Church Preschool is not just another play-based school. Our heart is to train our students to love God and love like Jesus. We believe the first years of life are critical to build a foundation of strong social and emotional skills. Our teachers work hard on preparing academics around these skills through play-based experiences. It is through play that our students love to learn and explore the world around them.

PLAY
At our school, we believe play is essential to how young children learn and grow. Play is not separate from learning-it is the foundation of meaningful learning in early childhood. Through purposeful, teacher-guided play, children explore, create, and develop important early academic skills while building confidence and a lifelong love for learning.
LEARN
At JCCP, children learn through new, exciting experiences as well as through the day-to-day free play, crafts, chapel, and circle time. Our programs meet each class where they are developmentally. Staff evaluates the curriculum based on age and will restructure it based on class needs. Our focus is on meeting students where they are at and working with our students and families to help them achieve the next step.
Loving Jesus
We love Jesus, yes, we do. Our staff truly prides themselves on teaching about the love of Jesus. It is through Jesus' love that we are able to give our students and families hope through difficult times. With weekly Chapels and Christ-led classrooms, we ensure that our students learn about the love of God, who they are in Christ, and how to love others like Christ loves them.
